Data you voluntarily provide through the project request form: name, email, phone (optional), company, project type and location, preferred period, requested services, description and optional links.

Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the website to work (e.g. IP address and server logs), processed for security purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry or quote request and handling pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), based on the consent given in the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Sending an automatic email confirming receipt of your request.

Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Methods and retention

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations (e.g. tax) apply in case of an assignment.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed or sold. It may be processed by technical providers acting as processors: website hosting and database services and the email delivery service (Resend). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@vasiliskakun.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
