Split shot
For specific projects, when weather, sea conditions and safety allow, split-shot photographs can show part of the scene above the water and part below it in the same image.
This technique creates more dynamic, striking images, adding movement and showing both the vessel and what lies beneath the surface.
Specific underwater equipment and a housing/dome suitable for half-and-half images may be used for this type of production.
